Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–8 business days after processing, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Some products may be shipped directly from one of our authorized suppliers or fulfillment partners. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Promotional or free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing their tracking details after the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Profound Deals LLC as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly because of inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.

For damaged shipments, please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and take photographs when possible.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple inventory and fulfillment sources, an order containing multiple products may be shipped separately. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

There is no additional shipping charge simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments unless otherwise disclosed during checkout.
